Happy Tuesday! When we think of the word curtain, we usually associate curtain with window coverings. But today’s blog, I would like to offer up another idea. A curtain wall, or a screened wall.
I am not a huge fan of using a lot of walls in my design, especially when it comes to modern. So I will tend to use furniture, or half width walls, screens that are decorative and even gorgeous crystals. I am designing a crystal curtain from Moura Starr. I am using their crystal curtain, which we custom designed to divide a media room and a lounge.
When working with a client , especially in considering the idea of modern, it is really important for the lcinet to have a comfort level with open space, and get used to the idea that not every room has to have a full patron in order to designate the function of a room. that is a much more traditional design aspect.
